Troubleshooting with technical issues

I have forgotten my username or password.

If you need to reset your password, click “Did you forget your password” on the login page to get a one-time password. When you receive the email, click the link “Please login here” at the bottom of the email and change your password from your profile page. If you still can’t log in after resetting your password, please contact us at support@dentalmammoth.com

I can’t log in to the service; what to do?

If you are having problems logging in with your credentials, try resetting your password on the login page to get a one-time password.

We recommend doing this from an incognito or private browsing window to avoid caching or extension problems. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk mail folder.

If your company’s firewalls are generally restrictive (certain commonly used sites are blocked), ask your organization’s IT person to allow DM Business emails so that the password reset function works.

Can I use any web browser with DM service?

We recommed using the latest browser versions of Chrome, Mozilla, Safari or Edge to get the best user experience. 

DM service doesn’t anymore support Internet Explorer.
